You need to adopt the belief, for the rest of this year and your life, that, "I believe in my ability to figure things out." If you have that, you will then develop this confidence that you believe, "You know what? No matter what happens. I believe in my ability to figure things out." 

You don't have to have everything figured out. You just need to believe in your ability to figure things out. Who's following what I'm saying? There's a big difference in that. 

Perfectionists believe they need to have everything figured out.
