Let me introduce you to KFAs. For those of you who haven't heard of this before, this is Key Focus Areas. 

Let me just explain what this is. 

Our lives can be broken up into two main sort of lines. One is personal and one is professional, right? For most of us. Now, within each of these, we need to identify and select sub areas in order to gain clarity, effectively focus on, and improve for our life to be as fulfilling as possible. 

How do I come up with this? When I was doing strategic planning execution in the mining industry, there was processing. Marketing. There was finance. There was HR. In each and every single one of these sub areas, I thought, "You know, what, why don't we have sub areas?" 

I started to develop that from my own life and it really is a great way to categorize and start to really focus on things that matter.
