What I've learned about leadership?
I've been blessed. I had a lot of leadership training when I was in corporate. And it was really amazing because I got some training and then straight away, I was implementing. Like, I had to go out and implement straight away. I used every opportunity to learn anywhere I am.
And now, how I can contextualize that to my property development business and in my family, everything.
You're a leader, no matter what. But it's just different contexts. Whether it's in a charity, whether you're running a youth leadership camp, it doesn't matter. The same principles apply.
A leader is someone with a vision that empowers and impacts other people to effectively take on that vision, make it their own, and bring it to fruition.
Leadership is the ability to enter their world to significantly influence the thoughts, feelings, and actions of those they lead.
