Number one, stabilise. 

Which means, in your personal life, if you're not really feeling like you're in control, stabilise.

Get your planning in place. Look at your time allocation. Do a time tracker on yourself. Look at your budgeting. Where's your money flowing?

Get stable. Which means you know where you're spending your resources, i.e. your time and capital. You know where you are. You know where you want to go.

Then the next phase is improve. Stabilise, improve.  

So, improving is like taking that current level of stabilise and making these improvements. But it's not the new level. It's just incremental growth, which is amazing. And there's nothing wrong with that.  

But if there's a vision, or if there's a, "Okay, I'm here, but I just want to go to there." It needs to then go to grow. 

Stabilise, improve, grow.

Really looking at how you're going to be building and creating and innovating new ways of thinking, being, doing, acting.
