So, if I'm talking about the vision about where I want to take my life, then I'm communicating and crafting that with certain people. 

But if I'm talking about where I want to take this project, it's still the vision, right? The vision is still, "Where are you going? Where are you taking this team?" right? Because that's one of the critical skills. It's being able to communicate that with clarity. 

And it's communicating that with the sense of congruence, integrity, and authenticity and strength within. As in, you really believe in this vision. And when you can do that, and you communicate that to your team, they feel it. It's not words, it's feeling.
